Los Siquicos Litoraleños (AR)

Los Siquicos Litoraleños (The psychics of el Litoral) formed in 2004, The band originates from rural north-eastern Argentina. Los Siquicos have developed their own unique musical aesthetic, they incorporate surreal mythology and vivid mind-bending folklore into their songs. Embracing classic acoustic and electric instruments they also add toy keyboards, shortwave radios, and machinery.  Utilizing a vast array of sound effects, they craft otherworldly tunes within tropical genres, gaining them the title of “el Pink Floyd de los pobres”. In the words of experimental rock reference Alan Bishop, « they eliminate all the menus, re-configure your eyesight, heat the skins on your eardrums, and dance atop that big rhinoceros in your living room. »
